| 2. | To improve the board of director'understanding of the dynamics and participant of members as the "fruit" resulting from the Members Education. The indicator is : | |
| | - The board of directors consider active members as a potential.
- The co-operative runs in accordance with the members economic interests and needs.

| 3. | To disseminate co-operative education and training to grasroot level. This is indicaticated by the availability of : | |
| | - Qualified facilitators to conduct Member Education.
- Skilled trainers to facilitate Training of Boards, Training of Facilitators, Training of Trainers and Workshops.

| 4. | To improve better understanding of women, co-operators and informal leaders regarding co-operatives. The indicators are : | |
| | - The ertablishment of female cadres, who pro actively encourage women to take part in co-operative activities at various levels.
